Welcome to Anicore. By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Anicore Bangladesh website.

  • By ordering from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2. Products & Availability

  • We specialize in anime figures, collectibles, toys, gifts, statues, and plush.

  • All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

  • Pre-order products require advance payment and longer delivery times (see Section 5).

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

  • Prices include applicable VAT (if any) but exclude shipping charges.

  • Payment methods:

    • For regular orders: Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bkash.

    • For pre-orders: Customers must pay 100% in advance via Bkash to confirm the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Inside Dhaka: ৳70 for 1kg.

    • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 for 1kg.

    • Additional weight may incur extra charges.

  • Delivery Time:

    • Normal Orders: 2–3 business days.

    • Pre-Orders: 14–20 business days (from the date of confirmation).

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier services. Customers will be provided with a tracking ID when available.

5. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders require 100% advance payment via Bkash.

  • After payment, a customer support agent will confirm the order via call or message.

  • Pre-order delivery timelines are estimated (14–20 business days). Delays due to supplier or customs issues may occur, but we will keep you informed.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • The product remains unused and in original packaging.

  • Pre-order items are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases of product unavailability or cancellation by Anicore.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued via Bkash within 7–10 business days.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Anicore is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

  • Product images on the website are for reference only; actual items may vary slightly.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data is handled according to our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

  • Personal details (such as name, address, and phone number) are used only for order fulfillment and customer support.
